1) Acceptance
By purchasing, activating, or using TCUK Migrator paid plans, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the paid service.
2) Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are offered as monthly and annual subscriptions through Stripe. Prices, taxes, and billing intervals are shown at checkout before payment is completed.
3) Renewal and Cancellation
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date. You can cancel through your Stripe customer portal or by contacting support at [email protected].
4) Refunds
Any available cancellation and refund rights are handled in accordance with the policy displayed at checkout and applicable consumer law.
5) License Use
A paid subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use premium features of TCUK Migrator according to your selected plan. You may not resell, sublicense, or misuse license keys.
6) Service Availability
We aim to keep license and API services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance and occasional outages may occur.
7) Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful activity, unauthorized system access, or abuse of infrastructure or support channels.
8) Liability
To the extent permitted by law, TCUK Migrator is provided on an "as is" basis. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups and deployment safeguards before running migrations on production systems.
9) Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
